INTRODUCTION
-
We are an elite Scotland-based tour operator specialising in highly bespoke golf expeditions and other private travel experiences across the UK, Ireland and beyond. We create truly personalised journeys, combining private aviation, exceptional accommodation, fine dining, premium whisky experiences and exclusive activities. Every adventure is meticulously curated around you, delivering the highest level of service, flexibility and attention to detail.
-
We are not a conventional golf tour operator, and we don’t offer off-the-shelf packages. Our focus is on luxury experiential travel, creating individually designed journeys that are tailored entirely to you.
From the moment you arrive to the moment you depart, we take care of every detail, from exceptional golf, exquisite accommodation, chauffeur-driven transportation and private aviation, to dining, activities and everything in between. All offered at the highest level.
For us, the full experience is just as important as the golf. Whether you are looking for a journey centred around golf on the world’s finest courses, a combination of golf and other activities, or an entirely non-golf adventure, we will create a plan that reflects your interests, pace and preferences.
BOOKING & PLANNING
-
Pricing is bespoke, and every adventure is different. As a guide, experiences start from £12,500 per person per week, with no upper limit.
-
A BWG expedition includes all accommodation, golf green fees, activities, vehicles, private aviation, and, usually, your own Expedition Host(s) who will be with you throughout. It does not include arrival and departure flights, food and drink costs, caddy fees and gratuities, and any additional extras.
-
Following your initial enquiry, we will arrange a call with you to understand what you would like to experience and to make some suggestions.
After this informal conversation, if you would like to proceed, we ask for a non-refundable £2,500 planning fee, which is redeemable later against the deposit. During the planning stage, we will research all details and secure provisional bookings where possible. You will then receive a beautiful digital brochure setting out the proposed schedule and final price. We ask for a 40% deposit to confirm. Once this has been received, all arrangements will be fully confirmed. The remaining balance is due three months prior to arrival.
As your arrival approaches, we will create a dedicated WhatsApp group so that we can keep you updated, answer any questions and fine-tune the arrangements as needed. One month before your arrival, you will receive your detailed day-by-day schedule, confirming everything, via an app that can be downloaded to your phone. We will also include helpful advice such as travel and weather information and a packing guide. Full terms and conditions.
-
We cover the whole of the UK (Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland), along with the Republic of Ireland, and parts of France and Norway.
-
Our booking season runs from April to October every year, but our office is open year-round for enquiries, planning and other communications.
-
Thanks to our trusted relationships and a well-connected little black book, we can often arrange unique experiences as little as 3 to 6 months in advance. However, for the iconic championship courses, we would recommend organising your expedition 12 months in advance (or even up to 18 months in some circumstances).
-
We’ve organised everything from solo expeditions to larger groups of up to 12. However, there are no set limits, so please get in touch and we can discuss the options.
-
Absolutely. Our adventures are completely bespoke, so they can be designed around golfers, non-golfers, or a combination of both. Golf can be as much or as little of the experience as you wish, or not included at all. We’ll create a personalised adventure filled with experiences and activities that suit everyone, whether you’re travelling as an individual, couple, family, group of friends or multi-generational group. For mixed groups, we can also create separate plans for golfers and non-golfers, so everyone has plenty to enjoy while the golfers are on the course.
-
Yes, families and children of all ages are very welcome. We carefully tailor each journey to suit the whole family, with a handpicked selection of activities and experiences designed to keep guests of every generation engaged and entertained.

Equally, if you are looking for inspiration, our expertise allows us to recommend courses that are perfectly suited to you.
-

-

ACCOMMODATION
-
We partner with an exceptional range of accommodation, from iconic hotels to private estates, historic castles and other unique properties. Some of which are exclusive to Bravo Whisky Golf. Each stay is carefully selected to complement your adventure.
HOSTING & TRANSPORTATION
-
Most of our adventures include at least one dedicated Expedition Host, who will look after you throughout your journey. You will be chauffeur-driven in luxury vehicles, for comfort and convenience.
-
We do offer a self-drive option for some expeditions. In this case, your host will meet you on arrival with your vehicle and chauffeur you to your first destination, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the outset. At the end of your adventure, your host will meet you again and chauffeur you to your agreed airport or departure point.
-
Yes, we use chartered fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters to access off-the-beaten-track destinations on Scottish islands, Ireland, and even around the Arctic Circle that would otherwise take days to reach.
